The game is simple: go to a location where a Signal has been spotted. If you get there first, you will find a Signal tag waiting for you. Please take the physical tag as your own, but don't grab more than one. You'll need to claim the tag as soon as possible so it can be removed from the map. Then, follow the instructions to redeem it for a trackable geocoin prize that combines with the tag! How cool is that?
